The two practices are complementary. Blockchain Deployment Services delivers Layer 2 infrastructure and smart contract systems; Digital Product Engineering delivers the user-facing applications — investor portals, transparency dashboards, mobile apps — that operate on top of that infrastructure. For institutional clients undertaking full tokenization projects, the two practices frequently engage together on the same programme.
Both models are supported. Standard practice is publication under Hofburg Group's Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts during the engagement, with an orderly transfer to the client's developer accounts at project completion. For clients without their own developer accounts, we can manage lifecycle publication under our accounts under a Master Services Agreement.
Standard engagements include 30–90 days of post-launch advisory. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance can be scoped as a managed services retainer covering platform updates, security patching, monitoring, feature evolution and App Store lifecycle management. Retainers are structured monthly or quarterly depending on product complexity.
Every engagement starts with a privacy-by-design scoping session. Data flows are mapped, personal data is minimised, storage jurisdictions are chosen deliberately, and consent architectures are built into product UX. For EU-facing products, GDPR alignment is treated as baseline. For products operating in the UAE, Switzerland or GCC jurisdictions, local data protection frameworks are applied in parallel.
Yes. Every institutional client has an existing technology footprint — CRM, ERP, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics stacks. Our discovery phase includes explicit integration mapping, and delivery includes the API layers, authentication flows and data synchronisation logic required to operate the new product inside the existing enterprise architecture.
We use AI-assisted engineering to accelerate delivery — code scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, documentation — under senior human review. We do not deliver unreviewed AI-generated code to production. Every commit to a client codebase is validated by an engineer accountable for it.
